Senior Quantity Surveyor

Up to £65,000 + package

I’m working with an established Civils & Groundworks Contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team.

The role will cover a range of civils and groundworks projects, with values up to around £3m, giving you genuine responsibility across the full commercial lifecycle.

You’ll be involved in procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts, working closely with the operational team to ensure projects are delivered commercially.

Looking for an experienced QS with a background in civils, groundworks or infrastructure, who is confident managing projects from start to finish.
