The Role
Reporting to the a Senior Sales Manages, duties includes:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Monitor team KPIs and implement performance improvement plans where required.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-to-ones, and training to maximise performance.
- Support the ongoing development and progression of team members.
- Ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of all sales activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior management and wider business functions to achieve company objectives.
- Provide hands-on support within the sales process and act as a role model for best practice.
Person
- A minimum of 2years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader position.
- Previous experience managing teams in a high-volume B2B or B2C sales environment.
- A proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets through effective leadership.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and maximise performance.
- The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive, energetic, and motivational leadership style.
