Springboard Teacher - Greater Manchester
Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Springboard Teacher to join a leading college in Greater Manchester on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting students who may require additional guidance, encouragement and tailored support to help them progress in their education, develop confidence and prepare for their next steps.

The Role
As a Springboard Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and accessible lessons.
* Support students with a range of educational, social and learning needs.
* Develop student's confidence, independence and motivation.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure students receive appropriate support.
* Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Help students develop the skills needed for further study, employment and progression.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:

* Previous experience working as a Springboard Teacher, tutor or within a similar specialist education setting.
* Experience supporting students with additional learning needs and/or barriers to education.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A patient, supportive and inclusive approach to teaching.
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and motivate them to achieve their potential.
* Relevant teaching qualifications and experience within further education or a similar setting.
