Outsourced Finance Senior Manager - #2132231

Meraki Talent is working with a leading and rapidly growing professional services firm to recruit a Senior Manager for its Outsourced Finance function.

This is a broad, commercially focused role combining outsourced finance, financial reporting, finance transformation and advisory, working closely with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior leadership teams.

The Role:

• Lead the delivery of outsourced finance and accounting services across a portfolio of clients.
• Oversee management accounts, statutory accounts and financial reporting.
• Provide commercial insight and advice to CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
• Lead projects across finance transformation, systems, processes and financial controls.
• Review finance functions and identify opportunities to improve reporting, efficiency, processes and controls.
• Manage client relationships and take ownership of projects from scoping through to delivery.
• Manage, coach and develop members of the team.
• Support business development and the continued growth of the Office.

About You:

You will be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified, with experience gained within Accountancy Practice, Outsourced Finance, CFO Advisory or a senior Industry finance position.

You may currently be operating as a:

Senior Manager | Manager | Financial Controller | Group Financial Controller | Senior Finance Manager

You should have strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge, alongside the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders. Experience across finance transformation, systems implementation, process improvement or project delivery would be particularly valuable.
