Location: Manchester City Centre Hours: 7:30am – 1:00pm/ Mon-Fri (30hours per week) Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate:13.45ph

We’re looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Concierge to be the welcoming face of a landmark residential building in the heart of Manchester. If you thrive in a front-of-house role and enjoy creating a secure, friendly environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors

• Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism

• Manage deliveries and bookings, ensuring smooth access to the building

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed

• Maintain building security through regular checks and monitoring entry points

• Keep communal areas pristine and welcoming at all times

• Experience in concierge or customer service roles is desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive and responsible approach to daily tasks
