What you’ll be doing
- Daily processing of intercompany and sales invoices,
- Posting Sales Ledger cash receipts,
- Credit control,
- Processing dunning letters and statements,
- Answering queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescale,
- Implementing annual price increases for schemes for invoicing process,
- Setting up new customers and amending customer details,
- Updating invoice request form when needed,
- Complete Month end Procedures for Sales Ledger within the SLA timescale,
- Keeping records up to date and work on data cleansing in preparation for a transfer to the new finance system,
- Investigating unallocated cash receipts,
- Assisting with Sales Ledger audit queries,
- Assisting other team members within Rent Ledger where necessary,
- Assisting with any other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
What you’ll need
- Account Receivable and/or Sale Ledger experience,
- Experience of credit control and a good communication skills,
- Experience of cross organisational working and engaging stakeholders,
- Use of full range of Microsoft Office,
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential,
- The ability to find information and resolve problems,
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently,
- Experience of using various finance systems.
