The Role

This is a business-critical BDM position within a commercial team, supporting the NHS and private healthcare Providers with clinical infrastructure and service solutions. Working within the North and Scotland and developing a sustainable sales pipeline and strong relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement, clinical and executive teams, providing surgical and clinical equipment fleets alongside professional service offerings. You will be enjoying a challenging and complex, solution-based sales role, from first engagement through to contract award. Delivering against annual targets, supporting tenders and framework submissions, and managing key internal relationships and partnerships with operational and clinical colleagues to shape winning proposals. There is also scope to represent the business at industry events as part of territory planning.

Requirements

• Experience selling complex solutions into the NHS or wider healthcare sector
• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Confidence engaging and influencing C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
• Background in healthcare, clinical services or medical technology sales
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple internal teams
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package

• £60,000 to £65,000 basic salary
• Uncapped OTE circa £60,000 with an accelerator bonus running throughout the year
• £650 car allowance with a salary sacrifice car scheme option
