Compliance Assistant - #2131425

An exciting opportunity for a junior property professional to take the next step in their career and gain experience across property management, compliance and building safety.

You'll join a growing residential property business and work closely with an experienced Compliance Manager who will provide plenty of support and training as you develop.

• Keeping property and compliance records up to date
• Chasing and organising documents from contractors and property managers
• Tracking repairs, inspections and compliance actions
• Supporting fire and building safety processes
• Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
• Helping with general property administration
• Occasionally attending local properties and sites

We're looking for someone with around 1 year's experience in property administration who is ready to learn and progress.

You'll be:

• Organised and detail-focused
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and colleagues
• Keen to learn and take on more responsibility
• Interested in developing a career in residential property

No previous compliance experience is needed - full training will be provided.

You'll get the chance to learn from experienced people, gain valuable exposure to compliance and building safety, and build skills that can take your property career in a new direction.
