M&E Project Manager – Central Manchester

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced M&E Project Managers for a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor, delivering large-scale residential schemes across Central Manchester.

We are looking for experienced M&E Project Managers with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

As an M&E Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of Mechanical & Electrical packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong Mechanical & Electrical background.
• Previous experience delivering large-scale residential schemes is highly desirable.
• Experience managing M&E projects/packages from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong understanding of M&E design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
• Strong commercial and programme management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to demanding deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are preferred.
