Salary: £28,000–£33,000 per year, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, UK business hours

About the Role
We are looking for an organised, reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support in a fully remote environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating schedules, managing routine correspondence and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars and routine correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organise documents, reports and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate digital records and databases
- Complete routine data-entry and administrative tasks
- Coordinate information between team members
- Assist with document filing and record management
- Support day-to-day operational activities
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Complete other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous administrative experience is preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively through email, video meetings and workplace collaboration tools
