Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Manchester
Salary:£40-45,000
We are partnering with a highly regarded architectural practice with an established presence across the UK, who are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their Manchester office. The practice delivers projects across a diverse range of sectors, including mixed-use, retail, healthcare, and leisure, giving the successful candidate exposure to a varied portfolio of work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and progressive team, taking on significant responsibility across fast-moving, high-volume projects while gaining valuable client-facing experience.

Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawing and construction packages using Revit
- Delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-6
- Working on retail projects for a leading supermarket client
- Liaising and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Managing several projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- Attending client meetings and site visits when required
- Ensuring all work complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
Ideal Candidate
- Intermediate to Senior level professional with strong UK-based project experience
- Highly proficient in Revit, which is essential for the role
- Strong background in technical detailing and project delivery
- Experience within retail or multi-site rollout projects would be beneficial
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Comfortable managing workloads across multiple live projects
- A confident and proactive communicator with a collaborative approach
