This Senior Analyst role will support the Cost and Change function and will provide real opportunity to make a difference. Initially on a 12-month fixed-term basis, there are real permanent opportunities here for the right candidate.

Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for Group
  • Programme risks, opportunities, scope changes, costs, benefits, and delivery outcomes
  • Produce high-quality month-end reporting, forecasts, and insightful commentary
  • Establish and manage clear planning timetables and processes, ensuring stakeholders provide timely, accurate forecasts
  • Act as a business partner when required - though the main function of this role is the analysis and reporting into senior management
  • Investigate cost performance trends, undertake ad-hoc analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
  • Prepare robust variance analysis
  • Maintain consistent reporting standards, governance, and process excellence, working collaboratively across the wider Finance team.

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Clear thinker with the ability to present simple analysis from complex data
  • Experienced in and accustomed to fast-paced, high growth environments
  • Able to assist with various systems implementation / process improvement projects


Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility.
  • Fixed-term contract in a well-established organisation.
