ASB Officer - #2127807

Your new roleYou'll be joining a leading housing provider as a temporary ASB & Legal Officer covering the Manchester patch from mid-September.
This hybrid role involves managing ASB, nuisance and tenancy breach cases, completing investigations, gathering evidence, preparing legal documentation, and progressing cases through appropriate legal remedies.
You'll work closely with internal teams, partner agencies and community safety stakeholders, with some court attendance required.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9-5 and temp for a minimum of 8 weeks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in ASB case management / tenancy enforcement
• Confident in preparing legal paperwork and supporting court processes
• Excellent communication skills with victims, perpetrators and partner agencies
• Ability to manage your own caseload and work proactively
• DBS required
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding and compliance
