Motor Vehicle Lecturer - Body & Paint
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer specialising in Body & Paint to join a Further Education college in Greater Manchester.

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable automotive professional who can deliver high-quality teaching and practical training, helping students develop the technical skills and industry knowledge required for successful careers within the motor vehicle body repair and paint sector.

The Role
As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer - Body & Paint, you will:

* Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions covering vehicle body repair and paint.
* Plan and prepare lessons, practical activities and learning resources.
* Assess learners practical skills, knowledge and progress.
* Provide constructive feedback and support learners to achieve their qualifications.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety within the workshop.
* Keep accurate records of learner progress and assessment.
* Support students with their personal and professional development.
* Keep up to date with current industry techniques, technology and standards.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:

* Strong industry experience in motor vehicle body repair and/or paint.
* Relevant technical qualifications and industry experience.
* Excellent practical knowledge and the ability to demonstrate body and paint repair techniques.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for developing the next generation of automotive professionals.
* The ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
* A commitment to safeguarding and providing an excellent learner experience.
* Previous teaching or Further Education experience is desirable, but candidates with strong industry experience who are looking to move into teaching are encouraged to apply.

A DBS is also needed for this role.
