Employers Liability and Public Liability Paralegal - #2126899

As a Paralegal you will support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, particulars of loss and schedules of loss
• Responding to claimant enquiries
• Assist in preparing instructions to Counsel
• Preparation of trial bundles
• Reviewing expert reports and drafting client updates
• Attending client meetings
• Assist with new client enquiries
• Conducting legal research

Key Requirements

• LB Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases
• Strong client care and organisation skills
