The role combines commercial project work with professional building surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy, taking responsibility for client commissions from instruction through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical due diligence instructions for commercial property
- Administer refurbishment and repair contracts through all project stages
- Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions
- Prepare planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and Licences for Alterations
- Undertake project monitoring and coordinate multidisciplinary technical input
Requirements
- MRICS Building Surveyor
- Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience
- Commercial technical due diligence experience
- Contract administration experience
- Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
Salary & Package
- £45,000–£65,000 basic salary
