We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support the delivery of operational excellence initiatives across our national network for Greene King. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CI, operational excellence or process improvement experience who wants to make a real impact. Working closely with site leaders and operational teams, you'll help identify opportunities, coordinate improvement projects and ensure positive changes are embedded and sustained. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Middleton (M24) or Greenford (UB6) Greene King sites. This national role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 and includes regular travel to support improvement projects across multiple locations.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Support and coordinate continuous improvement projects across multiple operational sites
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and improvement events with operational stakeholders
  • Track project actions, milestones and benefits to ensure successful delivery and sustainability
  • Promote best practice, standardisation and the adoption of new ways of working across the network


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Experience within Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or a similar role in logistics, manufacturing or operations
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis or similar CI methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the flexibility to travel nationally as required
