The team has experienced significant growth and is recruiting at a number of levels, with salaries ranging from £40,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.

Importantly, you do not need to bring a following or book of clients. The business generates the work, allowing you to concentrate on managing your cases, looking after clients and developing your career.
The RoleYou'll join an established specialist Probate team and manage your own Estate Administration caseload from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Probate cases from start to finish
- Handling estates of varying complexity
- Advising executors and beneficiaries
- Managing Estate Administration matters
- Communicating with clients by telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate case records
- Using modern case management technology
- Working collaboratively with specialist colleagues
- Providing excellent client care
- Mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
Administrative support is provided, allowing you to focus more of your time on legal work and client relationships.
A modern approach to ProbateThe business continues to invest heavily in technology and has introduced AI-enabled processes into its legal platform.
Technology is used to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary administration, allowing lawyers to concentrate on the areas where their legal knowledge and client-care skills add the most value.
What we're looking forWe're interested in speaking with:
- Probate Solicitors
- Chartered Legal Executives
- STEP-qualified lawyers
- Experienced Probate Fee Earners
- Senior Probate Lawyers
- Estate Administration specialists
You'll ideally have experience managing your own Probate or Estate Administration caseload and be comfortable taking responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion.
You'll need:
- Strong Probate and Estate Administration experience
- Excellent client-care skills
- Good organisational and caseload-management abilities
- Confidence working independently from home
- Strong IT and case-management skills
- A collaborative approach
More experienced lawyers may also have opportunities to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
