Senior Fire Health, and Safety Consultant
Salary: Up to £65,000 + all expenses covered (home-based contract)
Location: Greater Manchester region

Are you confident engaging senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality consultancy across commercial and residential buildings, including higher-risk environments?

We're supporting a well-established consultancy to recruit a Senior Fire, Health, and Safety Consultancy to join a growing team. This is a client-facing role, leading a diverse portfolio of risk, fire, health and safety projects, including the design and implementation of robust management systems, inspections and audits across a varied client base.

The successful Senior Fire, Health, and Safety Consultant will:

• Deliver high-quality technical consultancy across H&S and fire risk projects, ensuring best-in-class service standards
• Lead the design and implementation of complex H&S management systems, inspections and audit programmes
• Manage client relationships, respond to requests for work/proposals, and support effective project delivery to time and budget
• Produce high-quality reports and recommendations, ensuring alignment with current legislation, standards and best practice
• Support team collaboration and mentor junior consultants to ensure safe, compliant delivery on site
  

The successful Senior Fire Health, and Safety Consultant will have:

• Must have NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety or equivalent as minimum.
• Recognised fire safety memberships e.g. AIFireE, MIFireE, GIFireE, MIFSM or MIFPO or willing to apply for or have registered on any of the following fire risk assessors registers IFSM, FRACS, IFPO or IFE
• Strong experience delivering FRA's within mid-high rise buildings (7 metres + as a minimum)
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S and fire legislation, with practical experience delivering within established management systems
• Strong knowledge of BS 9999 / 9997
• Full UK driving licence
