M&E Project Planner - #2124627

Location: Manchester
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are planned effectively and delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Support the planning and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical building services projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve contractual milestones and programme deadlines.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and financial targets.
• Provide planning insight and analysis to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with training and development where required.

• HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
• Good understanding of commercial management and project delivery within multi-discipline contracts.

• Experience in financial or account management.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate site-based teams.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practice.
