Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
  • Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
  • Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
  • Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Profile

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultants looking for their next challenge.

  • Sales professionals with at least 12 months' experience and transferable skills.
