  • Manage charity partnership initiatives, fundraising campaigns and volunteering programmes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external charities and community organisations.
  • Organise colleague engagement events and community action projects.

  • Maintain social value reporting systems and measurement frameworks.
  • Create compelling case studies that showcase community and client impact.

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
  • Experience engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
  • Confidence presenting and facilitating sessions both virtually and in person
  • A genuine passion for social value, community impact and making a positive difference

Experience in social value, CSR, ESG, social mobility, employability, outreach, community engagement or related areas would be highly beneficial, although candidates with transferable experience and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.

  • Opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong commitment to responsible business.
  • Exposure to high-profile clients and meaningful community initiatives.
  • Flexible location with nationwide impact.
  • Varied and rewarding role where you can see the tangible results of your work.
