About the Role

Join a growing engineering capability within a people-focused consultancy environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale data and cloud transformation programmes for enterprise clients, helping deliver modern data platforms, cloud-native solutions, and innovative analytics capabilities.

Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will partner with architects, consultants, support engineers and delivery leads to develop, maintain and enhance data solutions across cloud platforms. You'll gain exposure to modern technologies, AI-driven initiatives, cloud infrastructure and best-practice engineering approaches while continuing to develop your technical and professional skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver defined work packages and technical tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop, maintain, schedule and troubleshoot batch and micro-batch data pipelines.
  • Support and enhance cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions.
  • Manage API integrations and database connectivity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and wider project teams to solve
  • Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues in an agile engineering setting.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in data engineering, including Python.
  • Experience working with AWS ETL services.
  • Experience querying and managing data held within AWS S3
  • Experience managing API integrations and database connectivity.
  • Familiarity with GitLab or similar source control and DevOps platforms.
  • Experience using Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
  • Experience supporting production systems and live service environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Active SC Clearance is required.
