Rate: TBC- £40 minimum

Hours: 37 Hours

Social Personnel are recruiting for 2x Social Workers for a Transitions Team. This position is to work remotely for the majority but you are required to work one day in the office.

Details:

  • Working with Adults 18- 25
  • Includes Complex Needs
  • Remote working – one day per week office based

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in a Transitions Team
  • Experience working in Adults Disabilities
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Degree in Social Worker
