Deployment Engineer - #2122438

We are supporting a North West public sector organisation with the recruitment of a Deployment Engineer to assist with a large-scale PC refresh and device rollout programme.

This is a hands-on role involving the deployment, configuration and replacement of end-user devices across multiple sites. You'll work closely with staff to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure new desktop and laptop devices
• Carry out device replacements, user setup and basic troubleshooting
• Provide excellent on-site support to end users throughout the rollout
• Maintain accurate deployment and asset records
• Travel between sites across the North West as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience supporting IT deployments, hardware rollouts or desktop refresh projects
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
