Talent Acquisition Advisor

• Up to £45k per annum
• 12 Month FTC

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. This is a great role for any agency recruiters looking to move in house.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality hires.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
• Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans
• Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases
• Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring
• Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences
• Supporting fair and consistent selection processes
• Providing market insights and salary guidance
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong direct sourcing and market mapping experience
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities
• A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering insight-led hiring
• Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools
