An exciting and growing consultancy in Manchester that is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team, working on a diverse range of projects.
Your new role
Ideal for someone who is recently Chartered or currently progressing through their APC. You'll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working alongside experienced Chartered Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and fellow Building Surveyors on a diverse range of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Building Surveying with a strong technical background
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies and project appraisals
• Contract Management / Project Management experience
• Knowledge of Dilapidations
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• A degree in Building Surveying (or similar)
• MRICS, or actively working towards RICS Chartership (desirable)
