University Administrative Support Officer

Location: Central Manchester

Contract Duration: Temporary Approx. 1 to 3 months

Start Date: ASA

PHours: Full Time 35 hours per week

Working Environment: 100% office-based Salary: from 15.01 per hour plus holiday pay

About the Role:

You'll provide vital administrative support across the department-keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This will involve transporting/ delivering and distribution of exam papers.

The role is 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support
• Handle incoming queries and provide excellent customer service
• Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations under pressure

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience working in a higher education/ university setting
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
