Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Runcorn
Salary: £32,136 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 2:30pm - 10:30pm (Initial 4-week training period: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm)

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in Runcorn . If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for driving performance, maintaining high standards and developing people, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.

In this role, you'll oversee Goods In, Despatch, stock control and third-party repackaging activities, ensuring products move through the warehouse safely, accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and service levels are achieved.
  • Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy and cycle counting activities.
  • Coordinating third-party repackaging operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including Goods In and Despatch.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A focus on accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.

Desirable

  • Experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of GDP/GMP standards.
  • Forklift or MHE licences.
  • IOSH or Health & Safety qualifications.
