Your new role

As a Senior Tax Manager within the Private Business team, you will lead a portfolio of clients and oversee the delivery of complex tax advisory and compliance work. You will act as a trusted adviser to business owners and senior stakeholders, providing insight on tax strategy, structuring, transactions, and long-term planning. You will manage engagement teams, review technical deliverables, and ensure all work meets the firm's quality and risk standards. You will also play a key role in developing junior colleagues, contributing to team growth, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in corporate or entrepreneurial tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and experience advising private or owner-managed businesses.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and business owners.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical issues into practical business solutions.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
