Your new role

Reporting directly to the Partners, you will play a key role in leading the tax function, managing a substantial portfolio of clients and delivering strategic tax advice across a broad range of matters.This position offers a mix of technical advisory work, client relationship management, team leadership and business development, providing an excellent platform for a commercially minded tax professional seeking a senior leadership role.

• Leading the delivery of complex tax advisory projects.
• Managing and developing a portfolio of corporate and private clients.
• Advising on areas such as restructuring, transactions, succession planning and shareholder matters.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing tax team.
• Working closely with partners and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• CTA qualified, with ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
• Significant experience within a professional services tax environment.
• Strong technical expertise across corporate tax and advisory matters.
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and developing future talent.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to winning and growing business.
• Ambition to contribute strategically to the growth of a successful practice.
