Pensions Administrator - SIPP - #2118863

We are recruiting two experienced Pension Administrator to join an established SIPP administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone with pensions experience and strong SIPP knowledge who is looking for their next career move.
You will manage a varied caseload, working closely with clients, Financial Advisers, investment providers and internal teams to deliver accurate and timely pension administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of SIPPs
- Process PCLS, drawdown and regular/ad-hoc retirement payments
- Complete retirement, bereavement and pension divorce calculations
- Arrange investment withdrawals and process income tax via HMRC systems
- Process death and beneficiary payments
- Liaise with clients, Advisers and investment providers
- Track cases through to completion and work within agreed SLAs
- Support wider SIPP/SSAS administration when required
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and risk management
About You
- SIPP knowledge and administration experience
- Good understanding of pension rules, drawdown and investments
- Strong numerical, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident working with clients and Financial Advisers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
