Site Manager | Social Housing Planned Maintenance (kitchens) | Manchester | £50k-£53k + Bonus + VehicleI'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Manchester.
This role will focus primarily on kitchen replacement programmes, overseeing projects from initial site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Your new role
Managing kitchen rip-out and installation schemes within occupied social housing properties Overseeing direct labour, subcontractors and trades on site
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Monitoring programme delivery, quality and customer satisfaction
Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Managing projects from start to finish
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous Site Management experience within social housing planned maintenance * Strong knowledge of kitchen refurbishment programmes
* Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
* Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
