Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have autonomy across financial control, reporting, forecasting and finance operations, while helping develop the systems, processes and team needed to support continued growth.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £85,000–£90,000 per annum.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial control and reporting, including year-end and interim audits, technical accounting and statutory obligations.
- Own reporting to banks, funders and other stakeholders, including covenant compliance, financial statements and performance reporting.
- Lead cash management, finance operations, budgeting and forecasting across a multi-entity environment.
- Develop finance systems, controls and automation while managing the finance team and supporting the CFO on strategic initiatives.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with practice training followed by financial services industry experience.
- Experience leading or managing core areas of a finance function within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong financial control and technical accounting experience, with lending, structured finance or asset-backed exposure advantageous.
