Senior Property Consultant
Location: South Manchester
Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

We’re working with a highly regarded, award-winning independent estate agency in South Manchester that is looking to add an experienced Senior Property Consultant to a successful and growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agent who enjoys winning business, building relationships and negotiating deals, but wants the backing of a strong team and dedicated support around them.
Responsibilities:
As Senior Property Consultant, you’ll play a key role within the branch, with responsibilities including:

• Winning and negotiating new property instructions
• Conducting viewings and advising buyers and sellers
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiating offers and helping agree successful sales
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve branch targets

This role gives you the support of a dedicated Sales Progression team, who handles much of the chain chasing, solicitor liaison and day-to-day progression once a sale is agreed. This allows you to spend more time focusing on clients, instructions and generating new business.
About you
You’ll ideally have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ residential estate agency experience
• A proven track record within property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident, proactive and target-driven approach
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• A genuine focus on delivering great customer service
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
