Salary: £40k-£50k depending on experience

As our client continues to grow, they are looking to bring a hungry, commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager into a stand alone role for the company to focus on end to end campaign strategy, lead optimisation and client conversion rates.

What you’ll own

• Paid search, paid social and acquisition performance

• Review platforms, marketplaces and CPL partnerships

• Budget allocation, forecasting and optimisation

• CAC, SQL, conversion and pipeline performance

• SEO, CRO and website optimisation

• ABM targeting and retargeting campaigns

• Testing, attribution and channel performance

• Emerging AI search opportunities

We’re keen to speak with people who have

• B2B performance marketing experience

• Experience managing paid media budgets and delivering commercial outcomes

• Strong understanding of CAC, pipeline and Lead generation and ROI

• Expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEO and CRO

• Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams

• Strong analytical and optimisation skills

• Experience using AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency

The ideal candidate: You’ll think beyond clicks and lead volume, understanding how marketing drives pipeline, revenue and business growth. You’ll be commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance, attribution and ROI.
