Conveyancer - #2117144

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established solicitors’ firm that is opening a new Manchester branch soon. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Conveyancer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

* Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

* Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership matters.

* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.

* Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation.

* Maintain accurate case records and meet completion deadlines.

* Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and AML requirements.

Requirements

* Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or equivalent).

* Previous residential conveyancing experience.

* Ability to manage files independently.

* Excellent communication and client care skills.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a growing team.

* £27,000-£40000 per annum + Performance Bonus

* 40 hours per week
