Our client, a well-established business within the financial and professional services sector, is looking for a confident, personable Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team in Manchester.

This is a varied role at the heart of the business — you'll be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a first-class service while spotting opportunities to grow accounts and promote the products and services that genuinely help them. • Handling outbound calls, emails and enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Understanding client needs and recommending the right products and services
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to both new and existing customers
• Managing your own pipeline and following up on leads and renewals
• Resolving queries efficiently and keeping customers updated from start to finish
• Maintaining accurate records on the in-house CRM system
• Working towards individual and team service and sales targets

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and over the phone
• A confident, consultative approach — comfortable balancing service with sales
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload
• A positive, resilient attitude and a genuine drive to hit targets
• Experience within financial or professional services is desirable but not essential — full training is provided

• Competitive salary of £25,000 – £27,000, depending on experience
