As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional delivery squads responsible for projects that directly impact hundreds of thousands of clients. You will work at the intersection of legal services, operations, data and technology, helping shape the future of large-scale claims management and client delivery.

Description

  • Leading multidisciplinary delivery squads to define, execute and implement project outcomes.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans and budgets.
  • Managing complex interdependencies across legal, operational, technology and data teams.
  • Overseeing projects involving large-scale datasets, system integrations and business-critical platforms.
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Producing clear, insightful project reporting, KPIs and progress updates.
  • Facilitating decision-making and ensuring effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and delivery artefacts.
  • Championing continuous improvement through lessons learned and delivery best practice.
  • Supporting organisational change and driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Building strong collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensuring project outcomes align to wider strategic objectives.


Profile

Essential:

  • Significant project management experience delivering complex business, technology or transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, data-driven projects involving complex databases, CRM platforms or high-volume client information.
  • Experience gained within legal services, professional services, consulting, financial services, insurance, regulated industries or similarly complex client-facing organisations.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks and programme controls.
  • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, operations and data functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery priorities with business goals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects within strict deadlines and working effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering data migration, data transformation or large-scale client onboarding programmes.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent project management certification.
  • Understanding of legal operations, claims management or case management platforms.
