An opportunity for a Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a Top 100 UK law firm ranked within the top 7% of employers in the UK. The firm offers exceptional flexibility with mostly remote working, a highly supportive culture, and genuine long-term career progression opportunities.
You will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working as part of a highly regarded and well-resourced property team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing a full caseload of new build purchase transactions.
Liaising with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties.
Reviewing contracts, title documents, and supporting legal documentation.
Handling exchanges and completions in line with developer deadlines.
Maintaining accurate records on the case management system.
Providing an exceptional level of client service throughout the transaction.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload, with strong exposure to new build transactions. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
