Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to support teaching and learning within a primary school.
We're looking for someone who has **worked within a UK primary school during the last two years**, has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, and is confident delivering interventions that positively impact pupil progress.
**The Role:**
* Supporting whole-class teaching across the primary phase
* Delivering Reading, Phonics, Maths, and English interventions
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including SEND where required
* Assisting with classroom preparation and assessment activities
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
* Strong curriculum knowledge
* Experience delivering intervention work
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
