Our Client is based Manchester City Centre and offers work from home – once initial training has been completed.

As a Payroll Assistant you can either have worked for a Payroll Bureau or have worked across Client Payrolls within Practice.

THE ROLE OF THE PAYROLL ASSISTANT / SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Our Client is looking for a proactive / flexible and hands on Payroller – we are looking for a character who has a proven track record of working across Multiple Payrolls. You will therefore be experienced in working across a range of Client deadlines.

We are also looking for a character who enjoys Client facing relationships.

Skills needed will include

• end to end Weekly / Fortnightly and Monthly Payroll processing
• management of a diverse range of Client Payrolls
• processing Starters and Leavers
• P45’s and P60’s
• RTI Submission to HMRC
• Auto enrolment Pension Administration
• Pension uploads – NEST / Peoples Pensions etc
• SSP / SMP / SPP / SAP calculations
• Holiday Pay calculations
