Leading professional services business is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to play a key role in strengthening financial planning, reporting and business performance insight.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will support strategic decision making through high quality analysis, robust forecasting and commercially focused financial insight. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and long range planning activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analysis and performance reporting.
- Deliver insightful management information, executive reporting and board level analysis.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to support better decision making.
- Provide financial input into strategic initiatives, business cases and investment appraisals.
- Drive improvements in reporting automation, data quality and financial processes.
- Coach and support junior members of the finance team
Key Skills preferred
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, analytical and able to influence senior decision-makers.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
