Qualified Accountant - #2113514

We are looking for a Qualified Practice Accountant to join our Client in their expanding and well-established Accountancy Practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships

• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returns

• Managing your own portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact

• Providing business advice and identifying opportunities to add value to clients

• Assisting with management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping where required

• Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing support and guidance

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Working closely with Partners and Managers to deliver an exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience with significant practice experience

• Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice (essential)

• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation, corporation tax, and personal tax

• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building trusted relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• A proactive, commercial approach with excellent attention to detail

• Experience using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or IRIS would be advantageous
