An established national law firm is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to join its Employment team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing diaries and appointments.
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
• Preparing documents and correspondence.
• Supporting billing and financial administration.
• Liaising with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Legal EA experience is essential.
• Employment Law experience desirable.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills.
