Description

As a Solicitor Advocate/Barrister your duties will include:

• Provide expert advice and representation to clients across a range of Financial Mis-selling matters.
• Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister.
• Draft legal documents and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategise and manage cases effectively.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of all proceedings and communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
• Stay up to date with developments and changes in legislation relevant to the role.

Profile

A successful Solicitor Advocate/Barrister should have:

• Qualified status as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister in the UK.
• Proven expertise in advocacy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
• A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of legal software and tools to support case management.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client recognises that income can vary amongst barristers and is open to a discussion with all candidates on salary.
