HR Product Analyst | 6-Month FTC

Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

I am supporting a leading global organisation in the search for an HR Product Analyst to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across HR systems, HR operations, or business analysis to help improve HR technology, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience through automation, AI, and smarter use of systems.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technology teams to:
* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency
* Gather and translate business requirements
* Support testing, system improvements, and user adoption
* Maintain documentation, reporting, and process insights
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology

What I am looking for:
Experience with HR systems and HR technology support
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (including exposure to Time Off and Recruiting/RCM)
Experience gathering requirements and supporting UAT/testing
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A passion for improving processes and user experience

Experience with automation, AI, HR system configuration, or working in a global environment would be highly desirable.
