Executive Assistant | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Manchester | Legal | Hybrid

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-level support to multiple senior professionals while building strong relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
• Coordinating client communications and supporting business development activities
• Assisting with document preparation, correspondence and reporting
• Supporting billing, financial administration and matter management
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard
• Helping organise events, projects and key business initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Previous Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative experience, ideally within professional or legal services
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• High attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a collaborative team environment
