Love Music? Love Organising Chaos? Read On…

Some people write the songs.

Some people perform them.

And some people make sure the whole show actually happens.

We're looking for a highly organised Content Operations Manager to become the driving force behind a busy content and production function. This is the perfect role for someone who understands creative environments because they've lived them.

Maybe you're a musician, producer, sound engineer, DJ, or simply someone who loves the energy of content creation and production. You know that great creative work needs more than talent-it needs structure, planning, and someone keeping everything in sync.

Key Responsibilities:

·Managing a high-volume annual content pipeline

·Planning timelines, milestones, resources, and production schedules

·Owning workflow management and process coordination

·Supporting social media publishing and community activities

·Coordinating production logistics for studio and location-based shoots

·Helping creative teams focus on creating while you keep operations running smoothly

You'll thrive if...

·Project management comes naturally to you

·You're exceptionally organised and proactive

·You enjoy bringing order to complexity

·You're comfortable working in content, media, or production environments

·You can switch effortlessly between planning, coordination, and hands-on production support

·You have a genuine passion for music and creativity

·You understand the unique rhythm of creative teams because you're part of that world yourself

Sound like you?

If you're the person who always ends up organising the band rehearsal, coordinating the recording session, planning the tour schedule, or keeping creative projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.

Bring your project management skills. Bring your love of music. Help keep creativity in perfect time.
