JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: NQ – 4 PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: To circa £70,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in their dynamic and collaborative employment team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be involved with a variety of contentious and non-contentious work, including, but not limited to, employment tribunal litigation and delivering advice on HR, complex restructures, redundancies and TUPE. The growing team continues to grow its excellent reputation, with recent work including advising on large scale restructures, defending complex employment tribunal claims and supporting clients through sensitive workplace investigations.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors and upwards, who display a keen interest in employment law coupled with experience gained during or post training. The successful candidate will exhibit confidence when working with clients and delivering practical, digestible advice. Furthermore, strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, a team orientated mindset and a willingness to support colleagues are all necessary for a successful application.
